Pioneering the Models That Others Will Follow
Don’t just solve today’s supply chain problems. Build models that define tomorrow.
[ right-sized partnership ]

More Than a 3PL Provider

Innovation starts with a supply chain uniquely built for your business. One that solves your toughest challenges and drives unprecedented growth because solutions are targeted at what will move the needle for you, not what’s worked for someone else.

Legacy develops custom, scalable solutions that guide customers through every stage of growth — expanding into new markets, product lines, and sales channels. Always with a white-glove, high-touch approach.

What Innovation Looks Like

For a leading personal care brand, our customized, tech-enabled kitting solution achieved 99.9% on-time performance and shipped millions of kits annually through Amazon’s network.

Another omnichannel project fulfilled more than 1,000 eCommerce orders a day, beating forecasts by 113% year over year and improving productivity by 21%.

What Innovation Looks Like

New sites can be up and running in as little as 30, 60, or 90 days. When urgency strikes, deployment teams mobilize within 24 hours to keep operations moving.
When a leading club store retailer faced a crisis, Legacy dispatched more than 30 power units in 48 hours and delivered the first shipment within 12.

High-Tech Meets High-Touch

Innovation happens when advanced technology is wielded by capable humans [seasoned supply chain operators]. Together, they open opportunities for greater efficiency, profit, and stability.

Integrated data links every part of the network—warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment—giving teams the visibility they need to adapt to disruptions and engineer smarter operations.

[ transformational impact ]

Your Supply Chain, Transformed

Innovation creates lasting impact for your business and the communities you serve. It’s the ability to grow, adapt, and outperform year after year.

From regulated goods networks to supplier-retail connectivity, Legacy pioneers frameworks others haven’t even imagined yet.

What Transformational Impact Looks Like

For the world’s largest automotive brand, Legacy developed and launched a safe EV Battery transportation program with first-of-its-kind Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
As the exclusive 3PL partner of the Ontario Canada Provincial government, Legacy provides turnkey distribution, fulfillment, and transportation services across Canada. LPs gain a single-source provider with end-to-end tracking, high-security facilities, and strict regulatory governance.

High Tech Meets High Touch

Legacy partnered with one of its largest clients to automate tender acceptance within their TMS using a custom-built web bot. Designed and launched by Legacy’s transportation planning team, the solution combines advanced automation with expert human oversight to increase speed, precision, and responsiveness.

To ensure accuracy, the bot was pre-programmed with detailed load qualification criteria, including:

  • Over 74 predefined state-to-state lane pairs
  • Single-stop loads only
  • Avoids same-day pickups after 11:30 a.m.

Once deployed, the bot scans for tenders every second using a high-speed, dedicated server. When it finds a load that matches the programmed criteria, it automatically accepts the tender in real time.

Results

  1. Real-time scanning of tender offers, 15 hours per day
  2. Faster response times and improved tender compliance
  3. Automation aligned to client-specific routing and service standards

Today, Legacy and the client operate four 24 ft. BrightDrop Zevo 600 fleet units.  They are also currently testing two 16 ft. flatbeds.

Results:

  1. $1,160 Monthly Diesel Fuel Savings (estimated)
