LEGACY Receives 2013 M&A Deal of the Year Award

Portsmouth, NH, January 16th, 2014 – The M&A Advisor named LEGACY a Deal of the Year winner for the Acquisition of Vitran Corporation Inc.’s Supply Chain Operation (SCO) Division. The awards were announced at the M&A Advisor Awards Gala on Tuesday, December 17th to a jubilant, sold-out crowd at the New York Athletic Club, New York, NY. The Vitran SCO sale to LEGACY won the top spot in the Retail Manufacturing/Distribution division for 2013.
