Columbus, OH, February 7, 2019 – LEGACY Supply Chain Services announced today that it has opened a new transportation brokerage office in Columbus, Ohio to propel long-term growth and enhance service offerings in the Midwest and on the East coast.
Building upon an already strong regional brokerage presence in the western United States and Canada, including intra-state, inter-state and transborder movement of freight, this new office is strategically placed to better serve the central and eastern parts of the U.S. from a customer service and carrier development standpoint. The Columbus, OH brokerage office expands on LEGACY’s current brokerage operations in Reno (NV), Garden Grove (CA), Burlingame (San Francisco), and Toronto (ON).
“LEGACY is experiencing an exciting growth period,” said Mike Glodziak, President and CEO of LEGACY Supply Chain Services. “The opening of our new brokerage operation in Columbus, OH will help position LEGACY for further growth and provide shippers with much-needed capacity in the nation’s heart of manufacturing.”
Russ Romine, Vice President of Global Transportation Services at LEGACY, added, “We are excited to open this new location and continue expanding our footprint to meet the over-the-road, intermodal, air freight, and ocean freight transportation service needs of our customers and carrier partners.”
