Although we work with each individual client to tailor our reverse logistics solutions to their particular business model and specifications, our general process is as follows:
- A return arrives at our warehouse, where it’s unloaded and matched to our system for authorization.
- From there, we perform a quality control check to look for defects and determine whether the item is restockable.
- If the item is restockable, we enter it back into our system, stage it for putaway and return it to inventory.
- If the item is not restockable, we process it according to the agreement we’ve established with that client; in most cases, the item is either repaired or disposed of.
