RENO, NV, November 20, 2018 – LEGACY Supply Chain Services today announced it has completed a recapitalization with Eos, a New York-based private investment firm, in a deal which closed on October 26th. The transaction included a significant equity investment which will strengthen the balance sheet in support of LEGACY’s aggressive growth agenda.
